PETRA | DJs & Artists

PETRA is the all-in-one platform for DJ, dancer and nightlife-artist booking agencies — and for the artists themselves. One login, your account's own address. Agency staff and artists share the same simple sign-in, and land exactly where they need to be. For booking agencies: • Manage bookings from first offer to signed contract • PDF contracts with real e-signatures — no printing, no scanning • Invoicing, ledger and payouts, all in one place • Roster calendar and CRM overview for your whole team • Real-time flight delay/cancellation tracking for touring artists • Direct messaging with artists, venues and promoters For DJs and artists: • See your own upcoming gigs, contracts and payment status • Sign contracts and view tour logistics from your phone • A free public Artist Page you can share — your own bio, upcoming shows and booking inquiry form • Core features free forever — no catch Your data stays yours: every account runs on its own isolated database, with sensitive fields like contracts, signatures and bank details encrypted individually. PETRA is built specifically for the DJ, dance and nightlife-artist industry — not adapted from generic event software.
