Точка открылась вовремя? Витрина собрана, холодильник проверен, зал готов к гостям? Ответ приходит фотографиями из чек-листа смены, а не сообщением «всё ок» в чате. Для бизнеса со сменным персоналом: кофейни и пекарни, цветочные, барбершопы, кафе, розница. КАК ЭТО РАБОТАЕТ 1. Сотрудник приходит на точку и прикладывает телефон к NFC-метке. 2. Открывает смену по чек-листу: пункт подтверждается отметкой, числом или фотографией. 3. В конце смены проходит чек-лист закрытия. 4. Владелец и управляющий видят в телефоне, что сделано и кем. ЧТО ВНУТРИ Чек-листы приёма и сдачи смены Открытие, закрытие и регулярные проверки. У каждой точки и отдела свой набор. Фотоотчёты К пункту чек-листа прикладывается фотография. Видно, что именно сделано и кто это сделал. Отметка на точке Касание NFC-метки на локации. Отметка привязана к месту, а не к словам в чате. Смены и график Сотрудник видит своё расписание в телефоне. Управляющий ведёт график по точкам, отделам и должностям. Несколько точек в одном аккаунте Локации, отделы, должности. Владелец, управляющий и сотрудник видят данные по своим правам. Данные хранятся в российском облаке. ЗАПУСК ЗА ВЕЧЕР Создайте организацию, добавьте точки и сотрудников, заведите два чек-листа — открытие и закрытие. Владелица сети цветочных салонов настроила Ordy сама за один день. Для отметки на точке нужны NFC-метки NTAG213 и телефоны с NFC.
