애프터클래스는 다양한 과목의 방과후학교, 늘봄학교를 진행하는 강사를 위한 수업 관리 앱입니다. 수업별 학생 명단과 출결을 간편하게 관리하고, 필요한 경우 보호자에게 출결 및 수업 안내 문자를 보낼 수 있습니다. 주요 기능 • 수업 및 학생 명단 관리 학교, 수업명, 요일, 시간, 장소와 학생 정보를 수업별로 관리할 수 있습니다. • 간편한 출결 기록 출석, 지각, 결석, 조퇴, 사전통보결석 등 수업 현장에 필요한 출결 상태를 기록할 수 있습니다. • 보호자 문자 안내 출결 및 수업 안내 내용을 보호자 연락처와 함께 기본 문자 앱의 작성 화면으로 전달합니다. 실제 전송은 사용자가 문자 앱에서 확인한 후 진행합니다. • 문자 템플릿 관리 출결, 수업 개시, 수업 종료, 일정 변경, 휴강 등에 사용할 안내 문구를 설정할 수 있습니다. • 엑셀 명단 등록 및 출석부 다운로드 학생 명단을 엑셀 파일로 등록하고, 수업별 출석부와 과거 출결 기록을 내려받아 활용할 수 있습니다. • 클라우드 저장 및 불러오기 필요한 데이터를 클라우드에 저장하고 다른 기기나 웹 환경에서 불러올 수 있습니다. • 조기귀가 알림 조기귀가 예정 시간을 등록하면 설정한 시각에 알림을 받을 수 있습니다. 애프터클래스는 복잡한 학원 관리 시스템보다 실제 수업 현장에서 필요한 기능을 간편하게 제공하는 것을 목표로 합니다. 개발 및 운영: 겟랩(GET Lab) 고객지원: [email protected]
