Your client reads it on any device and accepts it with a signature. TURN IT INTO AN INVOICE An accepted estimate becomes a draft invoice, ready when the work is done. Add a deposit and progress payments to one invoice, and add change orders your client signs as the job changes. GET PAID Clients pay online by card or bank transfer. Record checks and cash yourself. Late invoices get a polite reminder, at most three, and you can turn them off for any invoice. FIELD NOTES Record a voice memo and get it written out. Scan a spec sheet, a punch list or a signed page with your phone or tablet's built-in scanner. Photograph your handwritten notes.
