We do not want your Social Security number, your bank details or your claim forms — and we never ask for them. Every claim link opens the official site in your own browser, where filing is always free. That is how you know it is legitimate. A real refund never requires a payment. If anyone asks you to pay a fee, buy a gift card or send crypto to release a payout, it is a scam. The app has a whole screen about this.
