Gestiona en Línea is the fieldwork app for teams that visit customers and sites: log visits, fill out forms, capture photos and signatures as evidence, and sync everything when your connection returns. It is designed to help field operators keep working offline. WORK OFFLINE Capture information in the field even when there is no signal. Data is stored securely on your device and syncs automatically when you reconnect. CUSTOMIZABLE FORMS Fill out form templates configured by your organization, with fields for text, single choice, multiple choice, yes/no, numbers, date and time, photos, and signatures. Use the appropriate form for each type of visit. PHOTO EVIDENCE AND SIGNATURES Attach photos and signatures to each record to document the work performed on site. CUSTOMERS AND SITES View, create, and manage customers and their sites from your device, even offline. LOCATION AND MAP Pinpoint site locations, open them on the map, and navigate to them. Location provides supporting information for each field record. ACTIVITY HISTORY Review completed work and check the sync status of your records. SHAREABLE PDF Generate a PDF of a completed form and share it by email or messaging, or save it whenever you need to. NEWS Stay up to date with announcements from your organization directly in the app. AVAILABLE IN MULTIPLE LANGUAGES Spanish, English, and Brazilian Portuguese. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in and select the customer or site. 2. Log the visit and fill out the corresponding form. 3. Capture photos and a signature as evidence. 4. Save: the app syncs automatically when a connection is available. SECURITY Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and stored encrypted on your device. Access uses a secure session, with support for offline work for a limited period.
