Geraz Partner is the field app for washers working with Geraz. It is a staff app used to receive assigned car wash jobs, follow the service checklist, and record completed work. This app is for Geraz field staff only. Accounts are created by Geraz. Customers cannot sign up here — customers should use the Geraz customer app to book a wash. WHAT THE APP DOES - View assigned jobs — See the day's wash jobs with customer location, vehicle details, service type, and scheduled time. - Navigate to the location — Open directions to the customer's address. - Follow the wash checklist — Step through the standard service process for each job. - Update job status — Mark a job as started and completed so the office and customer stay updated. - Capture before and after photos — Record the vehicle condition at the start and end of each wash. - Job history — Review previously completed jobs with dates, vehicles, and services performed. HOW IT WORKS 1. Geraz creates your washer account after onboarding. 2. Sign in with the mobile number registered by Geraz. 3. Set yourself available for your shift. 4.
