Full description

Wax & Pigment is a clearer way to work with real materials. It combines pigment data, OAR-based calculations, oil selection, consistency control, batch notes, safety guidance and printable records in one studio app for painters who make their own oil sticks. Nothing hidden. Nothing vague. What it does Work out a recipe from the pigment, oil and wax you actually use. Check oil absorption (OAR) for each pigment, choose an oil, and adjust consistency until the stick behaves the way you want. Keep batch notes as you go and print a clean record of every formulation. Your studio, your data Recipes, custom pigments and palettes are stored on your device by default. If you choose to create an account, they sync across your devices. Community gallery (optional) Share a recipe publicly with your notes and photos of the finished work, and browse what other painters are making. Sharing is always your choice. Materials Contextual links to pigments, waxes and mediums are provided for convenience. Made in Oslo by Nice Software.
