Sip - Water & Move Reminder

Sip is a small, deliberately unfussy water reminder for Android. Pick a daily target, log drinks with one tap, watch a single progress ring fill. Water reminders arrive between your chosen hours, at your chosen interval, with your chosen tone. A separate Move reminder nudges you to stand up after sitting too long. Everything stays on your device. No account, no sign-in, no analytics, no ads, no internet permission — the app cannot phone home even if it wanted to. WHAT'S INSIDE • A gender-based recommended target (2.2 L women / 3.0 L men) you can adjust. • One-tap logging with three quick amounts plus your own glass size. • An animated progress ring that shows how much you've had today. • A daily log with undo, so a stray tap isn't a problem. • Configurable reminder window and interval — no nagging outside your day. • Choose any notification tone from your device, or Silent. • Vibration on or off, per reminder kind. • Move reminders: same idea, for standing up after too long at a desk. • Optional: stop water reminders once you hit your daily goal. • A single "Drank X ml" action right on the notification.
