Track your daily recovery journey with private check-ins, mood and gratitude reflections, and relapse tracking - all encrypted end-to-end and readable only by you and your assigned Genesis Family care team. Use the guided cool-down tool when a craving hits, celebrate recovery milestones as you reach them, and stay connected to your care team every step of the way. WHO THIS APP IS FOR Chains Broken is currently available to clients enrolled in care with Genesis Family, Inc., a Texas nonprofit mental-health ministry. Accounts are created by invitation from your clinician or our team - there is no public sign-up. IMPORTANT Chains Broken is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
