GBPN helps teams manage business calls and text conversations from a shared phone system. Use the mobile app to view inbox conversations, call and message contacts, manage voicemail and call details, receive notifications, and keep customer communication organized while away from the desk. The app is built for existing GBPN business customers and team members. Sign in with your assigned account to access your team inboxes, phone numbers, contacts, call history, voicemail, and messaging tools.

What's new

• Tap the phone button in a conversation to open the keypad with the number and inbox ready. Back returns you to the conversation. • Choose Internet or Carrier calling right on the keypad. • New Speaker button on the keypad to start calls on speaker. • Recordings and voicemails now play on the speaker by default, with a Speaker button to switch to the earpiece. • Bug fixes and improvements.
