It brings messaging, scheduling, training, wellbeing and turnout response into one place, so your service can stop juggling WhatsApp groups, spreadsheets and paper forms. TURNOUT RESPONSE When an incident drops, crew tap to confirm they're responding. Officers see a live board showing who is on the way, their ETA and total crew count. Critical alerts cut through Do Not Disturb and silent mode so on-call crew get notified even when they're sleeping. WELLBEING After difficult incidents, managers can send anonymous check-ins. Crew respond green, amber or red. Managers see aggregate results but never individual responses. Crew can also keep a personal wellbeing journal with trend tracking over 30 days. MESSAGING Send targeted messages to a station, a group or the whole service. Set priority levels, require acknowledgement, and see who has read what.
