SquadIQ - Youth Soccer Coach

SquadIQ is the all-in-one app for youth soccer coaches — AYSO, rec league, club, or school. Built by a volunteer coach who needed it himself, it handles lineups, fair playing time, practice plans, and tactics so you can focus on your players. Perfect for first-time volunteer coaches and experienced managers alike, from U8 to U19. LINEUP PLANNER Plan your lineup quarter by quarter. Drag and drop players onto the field, set formations, and manage substitutions. Our AI Lineup Planner automatically builds the optimal lineup based on each player's position ratings — ensuring every player gets their fair playing time. The lineup maker every rec soccer and AYSO coach needs. PRACTICE PLANNER Build practice sessions from a library of 69 professionally designed drills covering dribbling, passing, shooting, defending, possession, teamwork, and goalkeeping. Organize drills into plans, set durations, and share the session with your assistant coaches. TACTICAL SKETCH BOARD Draw up plays and formations on a digital tactical board. Add arrows, move players, and save your sketches for game day. PLAYER MANAGEMENT Manage your full roster with jersey numbers, positions, and position ratings. Track each player's strengths and plan lineups that maximize your team's potential. AI LINEUP PLANNER Let our smart algorithm handle the lineup math. Set player availability, mark who is absent, and generate a full 4-quarter lineup in seconds — with every player getting at least 3 quarters of play. SHARE WITH YOUR TEAM Export your lineup as an image or PDF to share with assistant coaches and parents before game day. FOR NEW COACHES Never coached before? SquadIQ was built for exactly that moment. Pick your formation, add your roster, and the AI builds a fair 4-quarter lineup in seconds.
