Information is provided for journey-planning purposes and may be incomplete, delayed, or outdated. It is not guaranteed to be accurate in real time. PLAN YOUR METRO JOURNEY MetroPing helps riders plan routes, view stops and interchanges, and receive supported journey alerts while travelling. • Choose starting and destination stations • View route, station, and interchange information • Start Active Journey Alerts when ready to travel JOURNEY AND INTERCHANGE ALERTS During an active journey on supported Delhi NCR routes, MetroPing uses your device's location to estimate journey progress and provide destination and interchange alerts. Background location is used only after you start a journey so alerts continue when the screen is locked or the app is not in use. Android shows an ongoing notification while tracking is active. Tracking stops when you end the journey. Location is not used for advertising. Journey alerts and live service information are not available for every route, operator, or beta city. NO ACCOUNT REQUIRED Route planning and supported journey alerts work without an account. Optional Google sign-in supports account and journey-sync features. Signed-in users can permanently delete their MetroPing account from within the app. Terms, privacy information, and support are available in the app. COVERAGE Delhi NCR is the primary network: Delhi Metro, the Noida Aqua Line, and route-only Rapid Metro Gurugram. Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Jaipur, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, and Kanpur are route-only beta coverage that is still being verified and may be incomplete.
