PF2e Combat Tracker is a GM-side initiative and encounter tracker for PF2e tabletop combat — built to fix the two biggest gaps GMs run into with existing trackers: conditions that don't actually change your numbers, and no dice rolling in the app itself. 100% offline. No account, no ads, no internet required. CONDITIONS THAT DO THE MATH Apply Sickened 2 or Off-Guard and watch AC, Fortitude, Reflex, Will, and Perception recompute instantly — with correct stacking rules (same bonus/penalty type doesn't stack, untyped always does). Tap any defense to see exactly which conditions are contributing and by how much. Durations tick down and expire automatically; frightened drops by 1 each turn. DICE ROLL WHERE YOU NEED THEM A full dice roller built into the tracker — roll initiative from a Perception or Stealth bonus, roll persistent damage and recovery checks automatically at end of turn, or tap an attack, save, or damage entry right on a statblock to roll it. Results land straight in the combat log, with crits and fumbles highlighted.
