As the official resident application of the GateKeeperZero ecosystem, ZeroResident connects you directly to your society’s main gate guards and management committee (RWA) to give you total control over your home's security and convenience. Why choose ZeroResident? No more annoying intercom calls while you are busy. ZeroResident gives you complete digital authority over who enters your home, helps you easily resolve plumbing or electrical complaints, and keeps you updated with what’s happening in your society complex. KEY FEATURES: 🚗 INSTANT VISITOR APPROVAL Get instant push notifications on your phone the moment a visitor or delivery agent arrives at your gate. Approve or deny entry with a single tap from anywhere — no need to pick up a landline intercom or look out the window. 🎟️ PRE-APPROVED GUEST LIST Onboard family members, regular friends, or party guests ahead of time. Create custom pre-approved digital entries so your guests are waved in automatically by security without interrupting your day. 🚨 ONE-TAP EMERGENCY ALERTS Trigger immediate panic or emergency alerts for medical, fire, or safety situations. The guard cabin and society admin dashboard are instantly notified with your flat number so help can reach you without delay. 📢 DIGITAL SOCIETY ANNOUNCEMENTS Stay informed without looking at physical notice boards. Receive official society notices, upcoming event circulars, and critical maintenance updates directly from your Resident Welfare Association (RWA). 🏡 HOUSEHOLD & VEHICLE MANAGEMENT Keep your resident profile updated. Register family members, list your vehicles to ensure smooth entry-gate access, and manage household help or maid profiles seamlessly in a few taps. 💬 ACTIVE COMMUNITY FEED Stay securely connected with your neighbors. Post updates, ask for local recommendations, share safety warnings, and engage with your residential housing community in a private, closed network. 🛠️ MAINTENANCE & COMPLAINT TRACKING Raise facility complaints for plumbing, electrical work, or common area issues without making tedious phone calls. Track the resolution status and chat with society technicians in real time. 📦 SECURE PIN & BIOMETRIC LOGIN Enjoy elite digital privacy. Log in instantly using your phone's fingerprint scanner, Face ID, or a secure 4-digit PIN. For ultimate security, wrong PIN attempts trigger local auth data safety wipes. 🔒 PRIVACY-FIRST ENGINEERING Your home, your choice. Security guards cannot override a visitor denial entry on their system. You hold complete ownership over who enters your household perimeter. ZeroResident is a core part of the GateKeeperZero platform — the complete smart society security ecosystem for apartments, gated communities, and RWAs across India. Note: This mobile application is strictly for residents, flat owners, and tenants.
