PayNod: Staff Salary Tracker

PayNod is a simple salary and advance ledger for homes, shops and firms. The employer and the staff member both see the same record, and nothing counts until the other person accepts it. No more notebooks, no more "I already paid you" arguments at the end of the month. HOW IT WORKS - Create a group, such as Home, Shop or Restaurant. - Add each person with their mobile number and monthly salary. - Record a salary payment, an advance or a repayment. - The other person gets the entry and taps Accept or Not correct. - Only accepted entries change the balance. FOR EMPLOYERS - See what is paid, waiting and not paid for the month, in one place. - Know exactly how much advance each person still has to repay. - Keep separate groups for each place you run. - Attach a payment screenshot as proof when you pay by UPI or bank transfer. MORE THAN ONE PAYER - Add a family member or partner as a payer in a group. - They can record payments and approve entries for that group. - Every entry shows who recorded it and who accepted it. FOR STAFF - Sign in with your own mobile number. - See only your own account: your salary, your advances and what is left to repay. - Record salary received, an advance taken or a repayment yourself. - Accept an entry if it is right, or say it is not correct. BUILT ON AGREEMENT - Every entry shows who raised it and who accepted it. - Nothing can be added or changed behind anyone's back. - An entry can be taken back only while it is still waiting. GOOD TO KNOW - PayNod is a record book. It does not send, receive or hold money. You pay the way you already do (cash, UPI or bank) and record it in the app. - Sign-in is by OTP on your mobile number.
