The OURazal app is designed for men and women who have a self-retaining urinary catheter (pigtail) following urological surgery and have an appointment with their urological surgeon to have it removed. The app interface allows users to view the characteristics of the pigtail, as well as the location where it has been placed and the individual details they have provided. The application works like a communication tool for the patiend with a reminder function with a message about the date of the pigtail removal, and if the removal is delayed, and by how much, from their scheduled appointment with their treating physician. This is an application created in Greek for men and women who wear pigtails after urological surgery, and it aims to achieve better results in terms of keeping the scheduled appointment and proper patient follow-up.
