Site Track

SiteTrack — Workforce & Attendance Management for Construction Sites Built exclusively for Cowitch Ltd Managing a construction workforce spread across the country is no small task. Workers come and go, sites are always busy, and keeping accurate records of who is present can make the difference between a smooth operation and one riddled with errors, ghost workers, and payroll headaches. SiteTrack was built specifically to solve this for Cowitch Ltd — bringing site management, worker onboarding, identity verification, and attendance tracking into one simple, reliable Android app. Site Management Made Simple Every construction site under Cowitch Ltd can be created and managed directly from the app. Each site has its own workforce roster and attendance history, giving managers a clean, organized view of their operation no matter how many locations are running at once. Worker Onboarding and Profiles Before a worker arrives on site, they are properly registered in the system. Managers capture worker details directly in the app, building a verified workforce registry that is always current. Every worker has a digital profile that follows them across sites, making transfers and deployments easy to track. Verified Check-Ins, Every Time When a worker arrives, check-in is fast and verified. The primary method uses scanning to confirm identity in seconds, with a secure OTP fallback for situations where scanning is not possible. Every check-in is timestamped, tied to the correct site, and linked to the worker's profile. Duplicate check-ins are blocked automatically — no worker can appear active in two places at once. Real-Time Workforce Visibility At any moment, managers can see exactly who has checked in, who has checked out, and who hasn't arrived yet — across every site in the country. This data supports payroll accuracy, safety headcounts, compliance reporting, and HR audits. SiteTrack turns attendance from a manual, error-prone process into a record that management can actually trust. Built for Scale, Built for the Field Whether Cowitch Ltd is running two sites or twenty, SiteTrack handles it. The app is designed for large workforces and high check-in volumes, syncing reliably in real time and staying functional even where connectivity is patchy — because that is the reality of most construction environments. SiteTrack is more than an attendance app. It is the operational backbone that keeps Cowitch Ltd's workforce verified, accountable, and tracked — every site, every day.
