GainCurve - Workout Tracker

GainCurve is the training log that shows you the curve: the progress you're actually making, workout after workout. PLANNED WORKOUTS, FAT-FINGER FRIENDLY Build routines once: search your exercises or filter by muscle group, set the sets, weight and reps, then reorder them with a tap or a drag. In the gym, one giant SET button with a live progress fill keeps you moving, with auto-advance between exercises, a workout timer and a celebration when you finish. No fiddly menus mid-set. OR GO AD-HOC No plan today? Log a quick session in seconds: pick an exercise, tap in the weight and reps, save. Swipe to switch between routine and ad-hoc mode. PROGRESS YOU CAN SEE • Progress photos with ghost-overlay alignment: line up today's shot against your last one, drag and pinch to match • Before/after collages you can save and share • Analytics: per-exercise progression charts, weekly volume, personal records, trend colours • Units: kg or lbs. Switch any time, everything converts CONNECT YOUR AI GainCurve speaks MCP, the open standard (Model Context Protocol) that lets AI assistants connect to your data. Link your favourite MCP client and it can: • Read your recent workouts, exercise history and personal records • Summarise weekly volume by muscle group and track your training streaks • Propose a new routine that waits in a pending queue for you to approve in the app You stay in control: nothing changes without your approval, notes and photos never leave your device, and you can disconnect any time. HONEST NUMBERS Your data lives on your device. No account, no ads. Export or import your full history any time, even when you switch phones. AI connectivity is strictly opt-in. Free to use.
