All too often, construction companies do not keep Daily Construction Logs because it’s just too big of a hassle on top of an already paperwork heavy management team. That’s a big mistake when it comes to defending your company in a lawsuit or trying to collect recoup damages caused by an incompetent subcontractor. If your superintendent’s Daily Log reads like “We worked today” you’re dead in the water and you know it. Proper and complete Daily Construction Logs are some of the best Risk Management Practices that we can implement in order to potentially save hundreds of thousands of dollars, or even millions, on each and every construction project. The problem is getting your team to buy in and do it right! Imagine a reporting software that allows users to quickly enter notes using voice to text and instantly adding photos as back up, giving you all the information in real time! Introducing ProjSync Notes! Get instant notification when things change on your project. Categorize and tag entries, allowing stakeholders to focus on phases, operational tasks, or even hot issues. Filter tags to track long-lead items, like steel delivery, to see the latest comments or review the timeline from detailing to shipment, to erection. Daily Log entries can be made by every member of your management team, including Superintendents, QC Managers, Safety Officers, Foremen, Field Assistants, Project Managers, Office Staff, and Executives. The collaborative possibilities are endless! Capture a complete record of daily activities, progress, QC issues, meetings, emails, deliveries, inspections, and more! The ProjSync mobile app is free to ProjSync subscribers and works seamlessly with ProjSync’s SaaS web app on your computer to create the most powerful, complete, and easy-to-use Daily Reporting Software available. Don’t risk not knowing what’s happening in the field and on the project. Don’t leave yourself and your company unprotected in the face of legal actions. Easily manage your risk now and in the future by keeping the complete story in a way that brings your team together.
