The Recovia app is instrumental in enabling clients to fully engage with our biopsychosocial program, offering unlimited access to all necessary education from our three disciplines: behavioral health, physical therapy, and medical. This ensures that you have all the tools required to effect meaningful life changes. Utilized throughout your program, the app guarantees ongoing engagement, even when you’re not directly interacting with a provider. In addition to educational resources, our app offers demonstration videos, behavioral health exercises, worksheets, and much more, offering constant support so you’re never alone in your journey. Furthermore, the app enables you to track your goals and earn “tags” as a reminder of your overall progress and mastery of Recovia’s core principles.
