RogerDeck: Crew Radio

RogerDeck is push-to-talk for live-event crews. Stagehands, riggers, audio and lighting talk on channels private to their production, and hear each other as they talk. Sign-in is by invitation. Your Crew Chief adds you by phone number, and you sign in with that number and a code sent by text. To join a session, scan the QR on the call sheet or type its code. Hold to talk Open the Talkie, hold the button and talk. Let go to listen. You speak on one channel at a time, and the Talkie shows how many others are on it. A channel for each department A work session carries the channels your production needs: audio, lighting, rigging, the truck push. The Crew Chief decides who talks and who only listens. One emergency button Hold EMERGENCY and the alarm sounds on every phone on the call, each in its own language, English or Spanish, even on silent. The alarm reaches phones where RogerDeck is open or in the background. With notifications on, it can also reach you when RogerDeck is closed or the phone is locked. It does not replace your venue's safety procedures or emergency services. English and Spanish The app speaks both, and each person picks their own. A record of the day History shows who spoke on each channel and when, and keeps the typed messages. What is said over the radio is not kept. Start talking now No production yet?
