ExCEL Trainer App

ExCEL Trainer App is the operations hub for trainers and coordinators running ExCEL Foundation training programmes and events. It brings the whole event into one place - from announcing it and building the trainer team, to registering participants, handling expenses and collecting feedback afterwards. FOR TRAINERS • See upcoming events and sign up, or register your interest • Know which events you are assigned to, your role, your group and your dates • Submit expenses with a photo or PDF of the receipt, and follow each one from submission to reimbursement • Keep track of the tasks assigned to you • Read and acknowledge the documents you need before an event • Give feedback on fellow trainers after an event, and see an anonymised summary of what others said about you • See your own record: the events you have worked, your roles and your days • Raise a concern privately - anonymously if you choose FOR EVENT COORDINATORS • Create and manage events, and build trainer teams with day-by-day staffing checks • Organise participants into groups and rotate trainers between them • Choose what participants are asked when they register, and how they are grouped • Assign tasks, share documents and see who has read them • See what the organisation has done: events, participants, trainers and the states people came from FOR FINANCE • Review every expense alongside its receipt, and approve or reject it with a comment • Run a monthly payout report grouped by trainer, and record reimbursements once paid BUILT FOR ORGANISATIONS • Access is by invitation: your organisation adds you, and you sign in with your Google account • Everyone sees only what their role allows • Also available on the web with the same account ExCEL Trainer App is for members of participating organisations.
