TRACK EVERY CASE • Record the item, retailer, amount, purchase date, return deadline, order reference and notes. • Add an item photo and attach receipts or other evidence. • Follow a clear timeline from case creation through return and refund. • Mark an item as returned, reopen or close a case, and confirm when a refund is recovered. STAY ON TOP OF DEADLINES • Schedule on-device reminders before return deadlines. • Track refunds you are waiting for and get a reminder to follow up. • Create a ready-to-use message to copy, email or share with the retailer. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • See urgent actions and the total amount you are tracking. • Review recovered refunds and your case history. YOUR DATA STAYS WITH YOU Your case details are stored on this device.
