FutureOne Sports

FutureOne Sports puts the full power of tournament day management in your hands — wherever you are on the field. Built for event organizers and tournament administrators managing youth sports programs, FutureOne Sports replaces printed roster books and phone-based communication with a real-time compliance and operations tool designed specifically for how tournaments actually run. ────────────────────────────────────── WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH FUTUREONE SPORTS ────────────────────────────────────── REAL-TIME PLAYER CHECK-IN Walk the sideline and check players in with a single tap. Every action is logged with your name and timestamp — creating a complete audit trail for every game, every day. FULL COMPLIANCE INTELLIGENCE See exactly who is eligible, who is pending, and who doesn't meet your program's criteria — before the game starts. Each player's status includes the specific reason, so you can explain it clearly to coaches and parents without making a call. Three-tier eligibility system: - SportsPass Verification (age and grade document verification) - Roster Confirmation (invitation accepted, waivers signed) - Event Eligibility (meets the age and grade criteria for this division) INELIGIBLE PLAYER OVERRIDE When you make a field-level decision to allow a player who doesn't fully meet the criteria, the app requires a mandatory note — recording who approved it and why. Full accountability, no paperwork. PROGRAM AND ROSTER MANAGEMENT Navigate your programs, divisions, teams, and full player rosters in seconds. Edit jersey numbers and positions on the spot. Add ad-hoc players to a roster when someone shows up unexpectedly — the platform tracks their status and notifies you when they complete verification. BROADCAST COMMUNICATION Send urgent announcements to specific teams, divisions, or your entire program in one tap — weather delays, field changes, schedule updates. Delivered directly to coaches and parents by email. No group chats. No chaos. COMPLETE CHECK-IN HISTORY Review past check-in sessions by date — drill into any program, division, and team to see who was present, who was absent, and every override decision made during the event. PLAYER PROFILES Access each player's full compliance picture — verification status, eligibility reason, guardian contact, and complete check-in history — all in one screen.
