E-Constat FTUSA est une application mobile intuitive qui remplace le constat papier par une solution digitale simple et rapide. Déclarez vos sinistres automobiles directement depuis votre smartphone, en quelques étapes, et transmettez-les instantanément à votre assurance. Fonctionnalités principales : Inscription facile : Connectez-vous avec votre numéro de téléphone via un code SMS (OTP) et complétez votre profil (nom, prénom, e-mail). Déclaration simplifiée : Identifiez votre véhicule via l’immatriculation, le numéro de contrat et la date du sinistre, avec connexion à l’API de votre assurance. En cas d’absence d’API, saisissez manuellement les informations (compagnie, contrat, marque, etc.) ou photographiez votre attestation. Couvre tous les types de sinistres : bris de glace, collision, incendie, vol, ou autres, avec ou sans tiers. Les constats amiables utilisent un QR code pour partager les données entre conducteurs. Informations détaillées : Indiquez le point de choc initial (obligatoire), les dégâts apparents, et ajoutez jusqu’à 10 photos depuis votre caméra ou galerie. Géolocalisation : Localisez automatiquement l’accident (pays, ville, rue, date, heure) ou saisissez manuellement les détails. Croquis interactif : Créez un croquis clair avec véhicules, panneaux, et trajectoires. En cas de désaccord, chaque conducteur peut soumettre son propre croquis. Observations pratiques : Ajoutez une description textuelle ou vocale pour expliquer le contexte. Signature numérique : Validez votre déclaration par une signature au doigt. Notifications : Recevez un e-mail et SMS pour confirmer l’envoi du constat. Le titulaire du contrat est informé, même s’il n’est pas le déclarant.
