SPD CRM is the internal operations app for SPD Events. It runs the full event cycle from enquiry to material return, on one system shared by the office, the godown and the field. This app is for SPD Events employees and engaged designers only. Accounts are created by the SPD administrator; there is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU CAN DO Client service • Capture enquiries and move them through the pipeline • Create clients and events • Record site visits at the venue: areas, measurements, requirements and photos • Track custom items being made in the workshop Design • Receive design assignments, upload 2D/3D designs and get them approved Godown management • Build the godown plan for an event: quantity, department and source (stock, purchase or workshop) • Allocate material to vehicle trips with load plans • Watch active trips on the tracking map • Approve transfers and return sign-offs Godown supervision (built for the field) • Work the loading checklist department by department • Dispatch trips with vehicle, driver and ETA • Confirm arrival at the venue and raise on-site requests • Bring material back: return trip, unload each line, close the session Stores • Receive deliveries against purchase orders and put away into racks • Take back repaired items from the workshop • Adjust stock with a reason, print rack labels, transfer between godowns Purchase • Raise purchase orders from flagged shortfalls, clone repeat orders • Manage vendors and rentals Workshop • Accept incoming items, work the repair and custom-making boards • Add parts lists and photos, return items to store, request scrap Accounts • Enter vendor bills, reconcile them against purchase orders • Settle damage and loss recoveries, review project cost sheets Management • One approvals inbox for site visits, designs, plans, purchase orders, rentals, transfers and scrap • Godown board, on-site board and live vehicle tracking HOW IT WORKS • Your role decides your tabs, screens and buttons • The same data as the SPD CRM web application, live • Work notifications for approvals, dispatches and returns • Every action is recorded in the audit log PERMISSIONS • Camera and photos: site-visit, repair and goods photos • Location (only while the app is open, on a dispatched trip): vehicle tracking • Notifications: work alerts An internet connection is required.
