Fronius Solar.SOS is a self-service solution for all technical queries. This is a business application that installers can use to initiate the service process online directly at the system location - quite simply with the serial number of the inverter or a state code. In the space of a few clicks, Solar.SOS supports installers with troubleshooting and ordering replacement parts. The big advantage is that with this app installers can resolve technical problems themselves at any time. Attention - this app is purely a solution for installers (B2B). Features: - Manage multiple accounts, all from a single account - All orders at a glance (case overview) - Rapid ordering of replacement parts - Check the status of orders with ease - Messaging function with technical support (case messages) - Push notifications, e.g. information on current order status - Access to all relevant Installation Instructions and Operating Instructions (YouTube, etc.)
