From Now On: Follow Through Live

Anyone can give you a plan. From Now On makes sure it happens. Chatbots write great plans. So do books, courses, and that note on your phone. The plan was never the problem — the problem is week two, when nothing notices you stopped. From Now On is an accountability app built around that exact moment. THE LOOP • Set the goal once — Coach turns it into a real plan with milestones. • Wake up to a daily agenda — concrete tasks with times, not a wishlist. • Do the day — check things off, or don't. Life happens. • The nightly check-in notices what you actually did, and asks what got in the way. • The weekly review refocuses the plan around what really happened. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT • Planners and todo apps are open loops — you write the list, and nothing notices when you stop. From Now On closes the loop every night. • Enforcer apps make you build the whole plan yourself before they'll hold you to it. Coach builds it with you in about a minute. • Chatbots answer, but they never initiate. Tomorrow they won't remember tonight, and nothing happens when you vanish. The check-in comes to find you. MOMENTUM YOU CAN'T FAKE Your momentum score is measured from what you finished — not what you streaked. Miss a night and it tells the truth; get back to work and it recovers. No guilt mechanics, no confetti for opening the app. START FREE Set a goal, get the plan, and run the loop free.
