FriendRex

Your friends know what you should watch — but so does a great AI. Why not choose both? FriendRex is the social entertainment platform where movie, TV, and anime fans discover new titles, share reviews, earn badges, and connect with other fans who get it. DISCOVER YOUR WAY Choose the Friend Engine for trusted human recommendations, or flip on Rex — an AI companion that actually learns your taste. Want both? Blend them. The point is: you decide how you discover. RATE & REVIEW EVERYTHING Rate movies, shows, and anime on a 1-10 scale. Write detailed reviews. Track what you're watching, what you've completed, and what you've dropped. Build custom lists and share your Top 5. CONNECT WITH FANS DMs, group chats, show-specific chat rooms with spoiler protection, and watch parties so you can experience shows together in real time. EARN 277 BADGES Bronze to Diamond tiers across 14 categories. Genre mastery, social milestones, and Founding Era exclusives that never come back. CREATE & SHARE Post reviews, polls, hype scores for upcoming releases, and TikTok-style reels. Build your creator profile with analytics and a follower dashboard. REX AI COMPANION Rex is your AI-powered recommendation engine. Tell Rex what you liked, and Rex learns your taste to surface what you'll love next. REX WRAPPED Get a shareable recap of your taste — your top genres, highest-rated titles and your viewing personality — ready to post to your story. WHAT MAKES FRIENDREX DIFFERENT Unlike other platforms, FriendRex treats anime as first-class content — not an afterthought. Real social features like messaging, watch parties, and communities. Gamification that rewards genuine engagement. And an AI that works for you, not an algorithm that decides for you. FREE, PLUS AND PRO FriendRex is free to use, with 3 Rex messages a day. Free users can also choose to watch an optional ad for 5 bonus Rex messages (up to twice a day) — nothing ever plays unless you tap it. • FriendRex Plus — Deep Metrics, Rex Wrapped, no ads, a Plus badge and early access to new features. • FriendRex Pro — everything in Plus, plus Rex AI with up to 150 messages a day and memory of your taste. Built solo by an anime and movie fan who believes no platform should choose what you watch. ——— Subscriptions (auto-renewable): • FriendRex Plus — $2.99/month or $19.99/year • FriendRex Pro — $5.99/month or $39.99/year New subscribers get a 7-day free trial.
