Fede is the home for your personal training with Federico. Your programme, your nutrition, your sessions and your progress, all in one place. TRAINING BUILT FOR YOU Follow the exact programme your coach builds for you, day by day. Each workout guides you set by set with target weights and reps, a built in rest timer, and a place to log every set so nothing gets lost. SEE YOUR PROGRESS Watch your strength climb with estimated 1 rep max and weekly volume charts, track your bodyweight and steps, and keep progress photos to compare over time. NUTRITION THAT FITS YOUR LIFE View the nutrition plan your coach sets, log your food with a fast search and barcode scanner, and keep an eye on your calories and macros. Logging a takeaway or a restaurant meal is quick too. A SMARTER FOOD ASSISTANT Ask the in app food assistant for honest, judgement free guidance around your goals. It works from your targets and what you have eaten that day to suggest options that fit, with no guilt and no fad rules. BOOK YOUR SESSIONS Book check in calls and training sessions with your coach in a few taps, and message your coach directly when you need to. HEALTH CONNECT Connect Health Connect to bring your steps, weight, sleep and heart data into your progress, so the full picture lives in one app. Fede is for clients of Federico's personal training.
