This app provides useful information for each molecule, providing a structural diagram, molecular properties, and interesting biochemical trivia. You can search for acids by name, or sort them by properties such as molecular mass or side-chain type. Each molecule is color-coded by its side-chain, to help your revision! When you're finished learning, take a quiz to revise amino acids all together, or individually if you just want that extra bit of focus! Questions appear in a bite-sized, multiple-choice format that helps you remember structural diagrams, amino acid letter codes, and functional group properties. This app is designed for university and college students studying chemistry or biochemistry, but it's perfect for anyone else in the interested public who also wants to learn more science.
