GETTING STARTED 1. Get your Contractor ID from a participating tree or lawn care company. 2. Create your Pocket Arborist account. 3. Photograph the tree, shrub, or lawn issue you're concerned about. 4. Review the information provided and contact your tree care company directly through the app when you'd like professional assistance. Pocket Arborist provides informational guidance and is not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified professional. Do not rely on the app for decisions involving tree safety, pruning, removal, pesticide use, or other situations where professional evaluation is appropriate. If you believe a tree presents an immediate risk to people or property, contact a qualified tree care professional.
