Instrumentalist: Play by Ear

Instrumentalist turns any song into something you can actually play. Paste a YouTube link or upload an audio file, pick your instrument, and Instrumentalist listens to the recording and writes out the letter notes, the tonic sol-fa (do, re, mi), the key, the tempo, and the chords. Most tools hand you a score you already need to read. Instrumentalist gives you sol-fa and letters, so you can learn a song even if you never learned to read music. PLAY ALONG Tap play and follow the notes as they light up in time with the song. Slow it down to learn a tricky run, loop a section, or turn on the metronome. CHORDS YOU CAN SEE For piano and guitar, Instrumentalist shows the chord name with a keyboard and a guitar fretboard diagram for every change, plus the sol-fa and letters underneath.
