FORMED

FORMED is a private-first discipline system for people who want structure, follow-through, and honest feedback. Build a daily system: - Commitments for what you must do - Limits for habits you want to control - Forbidden rules for hard lines you refuse to cross - Outcomes and templates to keep consequences and rewards clear - XP, level, rank, stats, and Journey progress to make effort visible Progress is more than a streak. FORMED turns your logs into proof you can review: - Daily reports for what happened today - Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports for longer patterns - Task and activity insights to understand pressure, recovery, and repeated wins - A Progress dashboard that brings reports, insights, and history together FORMED also includes: - Android home screen widgets for commitments, limits, forbidden rules, Today Focus, and rank - League features using public-safe scores, rank, and level while keeping your rules, reports, notes, and email private - Google sign-in for account safety and League sync, or offline mode if you want to start locally - Profile import/export for backups - Reminders for morning, midday, evening, and daily review New users get a 7-day full-access app trial so the whole loop can be tested before subscribing. After the trial, Google Play subscriptions unlock the depth you need: - Core: Today, Plan, outcomes, templates, Journey, rank progress, and League - Reports: Core plus daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly reports - Insights: Reports plus deeper task, activity, and comparison tools FORMED is not another casual habit checkbox.
