Ebbi puts your day on the clock. Type what you need to do, tap how long each task will take, and Ebbi lays it out in order, with a start time on every task and a finish time for the whole plan. If a task runs long, add a minute or five and everything after it moves, so you can see where the day stands. Ebbi is a day planner and focus timer for adults with ADHD, and for anyone who loses track of time. Use it to time block a workday, lay out a study afternoon, or start the task you have been circling all morning. It turns your to-do list into a daily schedule with the times worked out. Plan Type a task, then tap how many minutes it gets. Ebbi stacks the tasks in order, places a reset between them and shows when each one starts and when the plan is done. Change one duration and everything after it moves. You see the finish time before you start, not late in the afternoon. Tasks of 25 minutes or more split into shorter blocks with a short reset between them, for when one long stretch feels impossible to start. A reset is a different thing to switch to, like water, a short walk or the dishes. Rename or replace any of them. Load a starter plan when you would rather not build one, or paste your whole list, one task per line, and Ebbi builds the plan with the minutes included. Focus The focus screen shows the task you are on, counting down inside a ring, with the next item named underneath. A live finish time for the session updates as you add or take away time. Plus and minus 1 and 5 minute buttons change the current task without restarting it, so the task sets the length instead of a fixed pomodoro. The countdown runs in your notification shade and on your lock screen, so the phone can go face down. Review When a session ends, you see the tasks you finished and the minutes you focused. Open a past session to see each task's planned minutes next to the minutes it ran. By default, each day starts with a clean plan. Losing track of time, often called time blindness, shows up in research: a 2022 meta-analysis of 27 studies found time estimates run measurably differently for children and teens with ADHD, so Ebbi keeps the clock on screen. Across 94 tests, deciding in advance when and where you will act helped people reach their goals, so you set the order before you start. A 2024 meta-analysis of 13 studies, mostly in children, found white or pink noise helped task performance a little in young people with ADHD or attention problems and hurt it a little in others, so sound is optional. In 543 adults who reported an ADHD diagnosis, how kindly people treated themselves tracked with how they were doing, and Ebbi's end-of-session screen starts with what you got done.
