Spinventory

Spinventory turns your Discogs collection into a powerful vinyl management tool. Sync your records, track their value, log what you play, organize them by location in your home, and finally know exactly what you own and where every record lives. Built for collectors who outgrew the limitations of Discogs's mobile app. ━━━ WHAT YOU CAN DO ━━━ 📀 SYNC YOUR DISCOGS COLLECTION Sign in with Discogs and pull your entire collection in one tap. Pricing data, release notes, tracklists, and cover art all come along for the ride. 📍 LOCATIONS & QR LABELS Tell Spinventory where each record lives — Living Room, Basement, Right Kallax, that shelf above the turntable. Generate printable QR-coded labels so you can scan a shelf and see exactly what's on it. Tap a location to see every record stored there. ▶ TRACK WHAT YOU PLAY Log plays with one tap. Discover which records get the most love and which ones have been gathering dust. See your top artists and your listening trends on the Stats page. 💵 KNOW WHAT YOUR COLLECTION IS WORTH Pull current Discogs marketplace pricing — low, median, high — across your entire collection. Watch your collection's value change over time with built-in price history snapshots. 🎯 WANTLIST INTEGRATION Sync your Discogs wantlist. Get prompted when you scan a record you already want. Mark records to add or remove with a swipe. 📊 RICH STATISTICS Top artists. Top labels. Decade breakdown. Format breakdown. Oldest and newest pressings. Average release age. Tap any chart to filter your vault by that slice. 🔍 SMART SEARCH & FILTERS Search by title, artist, label, catalog number, format, condition, country, year, custom group, or genre. Combine any of them. Smart artist sorting by surname for proper alphabetization. ⊙ ADD RECORDS BY SCAN Point your camera at a barcode and add a record in seconds. Spinventory looks it up via Discogs, lets you pick the right pressing, and assigns it to a location. 🏷 CONDITION GRADING Track each record's condition (M, NM, VG+, VG, G+, G) for insurance, sale, or your own peace of mind. Condition badges appear inline. Export an insurance-ready CSV with one tap. 📥 EXPORT & BACKUP Export your collection as CSV. Generate insurance reports. Back up your full data — collection, locations, value history, scan history — as JSON, restorable to any device. ━━━ DESIGNED FOR REAL COLLECTIONS ━━━ Spinventory handles collections of thousands of records without breaking a sweat. The Vault renders 700+ records as smoothly as it renders 50. Background sync runs without locking up the UI. ━━━ PRIVACY ━━━ Your collection lives on your device. We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't track you. The only network calls the app makes go to Discogs (for sync) and MusicBrainz (for artist name lookups). Crash reports are anonymous and you can opt out. A future opt-in cloud sync will let you keep multiple devices in sync. ━━━ REQUIRES ━━━ - A Discogs account (free at discogs.com) - Android 8.0 or newer ━━━ A NOTE FROM THE DEVELOPER ━━━ Spinventory is built by one person, for music collectors who wanted more than the official Discogs app provides. If you find a bug or have a feature idea, tap "Send feedback" in Settings — every message gets read.
