FocusTasks

■ About the App This app is a learning and task management app designed to help students and working professionals develop habits that enhance concentration. Each session is strictly defined by time, not task completion. ■ Main Features • Time-based focused sessions (Pomodoro Technique) • Sessions always end by time, not task completion – lowering the barrier to resuming ■ Why "End by Time"? In this app, sessions are always defined by time, regardless of whether the task is completed or not. This design utilizes the Zeigarnik effect. The Zeigarnik effect is a psychological finding that people remember unfinished tasks better and are more motivated to resume them. By stopping work when the timer expires, a "work in progress" state naturally remains, making it easier to resume later. This approach reduces the mental resistance to resuming work and helps build sustainable learning and work habits. This app was developed to support everyone starting a new challenge. We hope this will help you maintain your daily concentration and boost your motivation for learning and working.
