Focus Drift: Time & Tasks

Ever reach 5 PM and wonder, "What did I actually get done today?" Stop losing hours to endless pings, unexpected meetings, and ad-hoc requests. Focus Drift exposes your true time sinks so you can finally take back your day. KNOW WHERE WORK REALLY GOES • Track every distraction: Log Slack pings, "quick questions," and spontaneous meetings with a single tap. See exactly who and what is stealing your time. • Rich daily reports: Get a full breakdown of your day — completion rates, time splits, interruption sources, and pattern analysis. See trends across days and weeks, not just snapshots. • Source & pattern analysis: Understand which channels, people, and work types consume your time most, so you can have better conversations about protecting your focus. PLAN WITH TRUE CAPACITY • Realistic workdays: Build your daily schedule using actual time estimates, integrated directly with your device calendar (read-only — we never write). • Auto carry-over: Didn't finish something because of an emergency? Unfinished tasks seamlessly carry over to your next day. Stop feeling guilty about derailed plans. • Tentative tasks: Capture work without committing to a date — assign it later when the day is right. YOUR DAILY FOCUS SCORE • Measure your momentum: End every day with a Focus Score (out of 100) reflecting your true productivity ratio. • Personal benchmarks: Track your completion rate and drift percentage against your own best — not someone else's leaderboard. • Pattern recognition: Spot day-of-week trends, time-of-day interrupt spikes, and burnout risk before it lands. CONNECT YOUR AI ASSISTANT • MCP integration: Focus Drift speaks Model Context Protocol — connect Claude, ChatGPT, or any MCP-compatible AI assistant to read your tasks and add new ones via natural language. Less typing, more doing. • Private by design: Tasks marked private are never shared with AI tools. You control what's visible. WHO IS FOCUS DRIFT FOR? Developers: Quantify exactly how much deep work you lost to code reviews and context switching. Managers: Visualize your meeting load and proactively block time for strategic planning. Remote workers: Prove your workload, set definitive boundaries, and confidently close your laptop at 5 PM. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your data is yours. Tasks, reflections, audio recordings, photos, and location names stay on your device. Optional cloud sync (via Supabase) is encrypted and tied to your account — sign out to disconnect any device. We never sell your habits or personal information to anyone. Available in English, Dutch, German, Spanish, French, and Japanese — switch in Settings → Language.
