See what you planned for today, complete an action, and watch your progress build across your 12-week cycle. BLOCK APPS. WITH PURPOSE. Give distracting apps a daily screen time allowance. When that allowance runs out, your selected apps pause. Choose how many extra minutes a completed planned action earns, then make progress on your goals to earn more app time. You choose the apps, the allowance and the reward. Adjust your settings or turn blocking off when you want. LEARN FROM THE WEEK YOU ACTUALLY HAD Use a weekly review to notice what helped, what got in the way and what you want to change. A missed week can teach you how to plan the next one. Your AI coach offers messages about your goals and progress, and can help draft a review that you edit yourself. SHARE THE WEEK YOU CHOOSE TO SHARE Invite an accountability partner for support. Both people opt in, and you control what you share. Ask for encouragement when you want it. LEAVE A MESSAGE FOR YOUR FUTURE SELF Record a 30-second voice note about the future you are working toward. Return to your goal page and play it back when you want to remember why you started. ANDROID APP BLOCKING App blocking is optional. It requires Usage Access and your permission to enable the 12Focus accessibility service. These permissions help measure selected-app usage and show a pause screen when your allowance is used. You can revoke them in Android Settings. Blocking applies to the apps you select. SUBSCRIPTION An active subscription is required to access the app's paid features. Available plans and prices are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
