Full description
Privacy Auditor helps you understand the privacy and security exposure visible on your Android device. REVIEW INSTALLED APPS - Inventory installed apps and package metadata - Review requested and granted permissions - Identify selected accessibility, notification, overlay, usage, administrator, and other special-access states - Inspect target SDK, debuggable state, cleartext settings, installers, signing certificates, and APK metadata - Scan user-installed APK bytecode for a small, explainable catalogue of known analytics/tracking SDK signatures CHECK DEVICE POSTURE - Review secure screen lock, USB debugging, developer settings, private DNS, VPN, security patch, and Android version signals - See what Android can and cannot expose to an ordinary app - Open relevant Android Settings pages when a review is needed - Import optional authorized ADB deep-audit evidence without granting the app shell access PRIVATE BY DESIGN Audits run locally. There is no account, advertising, analytics, or developer-operated backend. Results stay in private app storage unless you explicitly export or share a report. The app does not read messages, contacts, photos, passwords, or other apps' content. The app uses broad installed-app visibility because discovering all apps is the core audit function; narrower queries would make the audit incomplete. Privacy Auditor explains this access before the first scan. Results vary by Android version, device manufacturer, hardware, installed apps, permissions, and the evidence Android makes available. An exposure score is a review-priority aid, not proof that a device is compromised or safe.

What's new

Initial release of Privacy Auditor: - Review installed apps, permissions, special access, and package security metadata. - Check selected Android device privacy and security settings. - See explainable findings and a practical review checklist. - Keep audit data on-device unless you deliberately export a report.
