FMS by Warehouse Now

Gate Register – FMS is a complete Facility Management System designed for warehouses, logistics hubs, and distribution centres. It gives security guards, warehouse managers, and visitors a single, organised way to manage gate entry and exit — for both people and vehicles. ── WHO IT'S FOR ── • Security guards — log visitor and vehicle entries quickly from the app • Warehouse managers — approve visitors, monitor dock activity, and view real-time logs • Visitors & delivery staff — self-register at the gate using a web-based QR code scan ── KEY FEATURES ── 🔹 Person Entry Management Register visitors and staff at the gate. Guards can capture entry details in seconds. Visitors can skip the queue by scanning a QR code and completing self-registration from the web — no app download needed. 🔹 Vehicle Entry & Dock Management Log vehicle arrivals and departures with ease. Both guards and warehouse managers can record dock-in and dock-out times, ensuring accurate tracking of every vehicle movement. 🔹 Manager Approval Workflow Warehouse managers review and approve visitor registrations before entry is granted — keeping your facility secure and access controlled at all times. 🔹 QR-Based Self Registration Reduce gate congestion. Display a QR code at your entrance and let visitors register themselves in advance or on arrival through a simple web form. 🔹 Entry & Exit Logs View a complete, searchable listing of all person and vehicle entries. Know who is on-site, when they arrived, and when they left — all in one place. ── WHY GATE REGISTER ── ✔ Paperless gate register — no more logbooks ✔ Faster entry for regular visitors and delivery drivers ✔ Clear audit trail for compliance and security reviews ✔ Works for single-guard setups to multi-dock warehouses ✔ Lightweight and easy to use — no training required Gate Register – FMS brings order and accountability to your warehouse entrance without slowing down daily operations.
