FlurFit

FlurFit builds a calorie plan around what you already eat: jollof, eba, amala, egusi, suya, zobo and more. You don't have to cut anything out. You learn to eat the same dishes in lighter, right-sized portions you can stick with. Your plan • A daily calorie budget based on your body, activity level and goal date • Safe limits: no target weight below a healthy range and no crash pace • A baseline week that shows where your calories come from and what to cut Log meals your way • Log a whole plate, or split it into swallow, soup, protein and drink • Choose "as usual" or "lighter" portions, or add your own foods • See how many calories you have left for each meal Weekly meal plan • A 7-day plan built from your favourite dishes and snacks • Shuffle any meal and log it with one tap AI Kitchen • Turn any dish into a lighter version and see calories before and after • Simple swaps like grilling instead of frying, less oil and zobo without sugar Stay on track • Streaks for logging, daily motivation and steps, plus milestone celebrations • A step counter with a daily step goal you choose • Smart reminders that only go off when you haven't done something yet See your progress • A weight chart with your target line and weekly trend • A projected finish date and your top calorie sources Learn and shop • Daily tips, articles, videos and real stories from a coach who lost weight this way • Kitchen scales, air fryers, portion plates and other useful tools Important: FlurFit gives general wellness information, not medical advice. All calorie numbers are estimates. Speak to a doctor before you start if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, under 18, have a medical condition, have had an eating disorder, or take regular medication.
