Floorball Lab

Floorball Lab is the tool for anyone who coaches a floorball team. Plan the session, draw up the play and follow the match in one place, on your phone or tablet. Less time planning. More time on the rink. PLAN YOUR TRAINING • Start from a ready-made training program for your age group, or build your own session with drills from the library. • Over 100 drills, many with video and a drawn sketch you can show the players. • Put the drills in the order you want and save your favourites, so you don't have to search next time. DRAW UP THE PLAY • On the tactics board you draw players, the ball and runs, and play them back step by step. The players see the movement instead of just arrows. • Keep your boards in folders and bring them up in the locker room. • Get ideas from other coaches' public boards, or share your own. FOLLOW THE MATCH • One person on the team records goals, shots and penalties during the match. Everyone else can follow it live. • Afterwards you go through the shots, the zones and the quality of the chances (xG) together. • Insights compare the match with other matches and suggest videos to take to practice. SHOW THE RIGHT SEQUENCE • The video library has tactics videos and Moments: short clips grouped by game situation, such as zone defence, pressing and free-hits. • Cut out exactly the seconds you want to show and save them in folders for the next review. ASK THE AI COACH Stuck on a drill, a plan or a situation in the group? Ask the question and get suggestions to start from. SHARE WITH THE TEAM Gather sessions, boards and clips in the team's folders, so several coaches can build on the same material. What you add is there for the others, and the other way around. FREE AND PREMIUM Without an account and without paying, you can use the drills not marked Premium, build your own sessions and create up to five tactics boards. Training programs, videos, public boards, live match with analysis, teams and shared folders, and the AI coach are included in Premium. Everything except the training programs and videos also needs a cloud account. It is free and created with your email address in the app. With Premium and a cloud account, your sessions, folders and boards sync between your devices. FOR CLUBS With a club licence, the club's coaches get Premium and the same material to start from. Read more at floorballlab.com.
