Full description

Flokik is the operations app for bespoke tailoring houses. It runs the entire journey of a garment — from estimate to delivery — in one place. ORDERS & ESTIMATES Create orders with garment-level detail, share estimates on WhatsApp for one-tap customer approval, and track every change. PRODUCTION TRACKING Follow each garment through cutting, stitching, embroidery, trials and finishing. Scan a garment's QR code to act on it instantly. Factory and store boards show exactly what needs attention. MEASUREMENTS & FITTINGS Store customer measurements, record trial outcomes, and manage alterations with a full history per garment. PAYMENTS & PAYROLL Rate books for tailors and vendors, automatic pay accrual as work completes, weekly payroll with per-person statements, and order payment tracking. CUSTOMER UPDATES ON WHATSAPP Send order confirmations, fitting reminders and delivery notices, and chat with customers — right from the order. Flokik is for the staff of tailoring businesses. A staff account issued by your organisation is required to sign in.

What's new

Flokik now always opens the latest version, so you no longer need to wait for app updates. If there is no internet, a "No internet connection" screen appears with a Try again button. New: styling notes for each garment on orders, trials and the job card.
