floaties

Meet Buddy, a cute cartoon puppy who floats on your screen and keeps you company while you use your phone. Buddy sits in the corner of your screen above any app. He reacts to what you are doing, plays when you touch him, and gently reminds you to drink water, take a break and remember the things that matter. A PUPPY THAT FEELS ALIVE • Tap his nose, ears, head or paws and he reacts differently every time, with cute little sounds. • Double tap to make him jump, hold to pet him, and drag him anywhere on your screen. • Buddy blinks, waves, stretches and sometimes goes for a little walk when you are idle. • He has his own personality and mood. Feed him, give him water and show him love to raise his level. BUDDY JOINS IN WHAT YOU DO • Studying on a learning app? Buddy puts on his headphones and studies with you. • Shopping online? He pushes his own little shopping cart. • Listening to music, reading, watching videos, taking photos or on a call? Buddy has a pose for each. • Floaties only looks at which kind of app is open, never at what is inside it. GENTLE WATER AND BREAK REMINDERS • Buddy gets thirsty when it is time to drink water and tired when you have been on your screen too long. • He shows it until you drink water or take a break, then cheers up again. • Choose your own water and break intervals in minutes. IMPORTANT REMINDERS • Add a note with a date and time, and Buddy shows it on your screen right when it is due. • Repeat a reminder at an interval you choose, up to a set number of times. • Tap Done on the floating card when you have read it. TRACK YOUR STUDY TIME • See how long you spent on study apps today and over the last 7 days. • Buddy's meals and drinks, your breaks and your study time, all on one Stats page. • Unlock little milestones as you look after Buddy. PLAY BUDDY RUN • A quick, endless running game with Buddy. • Tap to jump, hold for a higher jump, collect coins and bones, and jump over crates, rocks and puddles. • It gets faster as you go. Beat your best score! MADE TO RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY • Everything stays on your phone. Floaties has no internet permission, so it cannot send your data anywhere. • No ads, no account, no tracking. • Reset Buddy's data any time from Settings. YOU ARE IN CONTROL • Turn sounds, haptics, little walks, app reactions and reminders on or off. • Pick the size of the floating Buddy. • Silent mode mutes Buddy's sounds. PERMISSIONS, EXPLAINED • Display over other apps: so Buddy can float on your screen. • Usage access (optional): so Buddy can react to the open app and count your study time. • Notifications and alarms: to show your reminders on time. • Floaties shows a small notification while the floating Buddy is active, as Android requires. Buddy is the first of the Floaties, cartoon buddies that float on your screen. Download Floaties and give your phone a friend.
