Mada Alert

Mada Alert is a community safety app for Madagascar. Report what happens around you, see what your neighbours have reported nearby, and stay aware of your area. Key Features: • Report an incident: Choose a category, describe what happened, and pin the exact spot on the map. Report anonymously if you prefer. • See what is nearby: A live feed and map of incidents reported around you, so you know what is happening street by street rather than city by city. • Attach photo evidence: Add photos to a report so others can recognise a stolen vehicle, a missing person, or damage at the scene. • Community confirmation: Confirm or dispute reports from other people, so the map reflects what those on the ground actually saw. • Area insights: A heat map and a breakdown of your neighbourhood, so you know which streets and which hours to watch. • Categories that matter: Theft, robbery, assault, kidnapping, burglary, vandalism, scam, harassment, road incidents, fire, flood, cyclone and landslide. • Your language: Available in French, English and Malagasy. • Your data, your control: Report anonymously, delete any report at any time, and delete your account and all its data from inside the app. Important: Mada Alert is a community reporting tool. Reports are submitted by members of the public and are not verified by us. The app is not an emergency service. In an emergency, always contact the police, fire service, or medical help directly.
