Fleming is an AI-powered health companion that helps you organize medical records, understand documents, and track health trends—all in one place. On-device storage: Your health data and records are stored locally on your device (not on our servers). You control what you connect, what you store, and what you share. Key features: AI chat that remembers context across conversations (your preferences, history, and more) Role modes for different needs: General, Medical Student, and Clinician-style responses Medical Records Hub to store and organize your documents and health information Upload documents from camera or files (images, PDFs, Word/Excel/CSV and more) Document text extraction so you can ask “Explain this” in plain language Health data syncing (Android: Samsung Health / Health Connect when supported) for trends like steps, distance, active calories, sleep, heart rate, and more Health graphs + summaries across different time ranges (daily/weekly/monthly/yearly) Goals and streak tracking (steps, sleep, exercise, hydration, etc.) Record requests: create a request to a provider and generate HIPAA authorization forms (premium options may include assisted/auto-fetch workflows) Notifications for things like check-ins and reminders (optional) Export your data to a file for portability (optional) Privacy & control: Health data access is optional and only used after you grant permission Privacy controls like “Learn from my chats” and a Privacy Mode for sensitive screens The app does not write to your health data sources Important: Fleming is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
