FleetRunnr Agents

From personalized itineraries to full suite-instant messaging, keeping your whole team in the loop has never been easier with FleetRunnr’s intuitive Agents app. -Itinerary Keep your deliveries on track and on time. With options to view stops as a list or on a map, drivers can use what works best for them to navigate along optimized routes. Plus, they can report task statuses from the FleetRunnr interface. -Stop Grouping Maximize the utility of every trip your drivers make. FleetRunnr automatically groups orders with the same pick-up or drop-off location—making order dispatch a breeze. -Re-Optimization Allow your drivers to make changes on the go. Drivers can manually update the sequence of a route or edit an order, then FleetRunnr will automatically re-optimize the job sequence based on those changes. -Messaging Take advantage of FleetRunnr’s built-in instant messaging features to keep your company on the same page—from teammates and employees to any connected accounts. -Wallet Track and manage employees’ pay through in-app time keeping and reporting. Record cash transactions to provide agent-employer transparency. -Proof of Delivery Capture proof of pickup and dropoff using three different methods: a picture of the invoice, scanning a barcode, or an e-signature. -Offline Access Never lose your delivery information, even if your driver loses internet access. Rest easy knowing that the FleetRunnr Agents app saves driver actions locally and re-syncs to the network once connection is reestablished — eliminating the need to rescan packages or recapture PODs.
